Safety Instruction Sheet for customers when inflatable play equipment is delivered.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

This unit has an age limit of 12 years. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment. Under no circumstances should adults use the bouncy castle or unit.
No food, drinks or chewing gum are to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking & mess). A cleaning charge of €50.00 will be charged if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition.
All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e.large earrings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
No face-paints, party-poppers, colored streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.
No smoking near the inflatable.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
A responsible adult must supervise the INFLATABLE at all times. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO OPERATE THE UNIT ON THEIR OWN.
Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.
Pets, toys, shoes or sharp instruments are not allowed on the inflatables at any time.
If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.
Children are not to push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain-water being sucked into the blower, and then into the inflatable.
Do NOT move this unit from where it has been set up. Do not use the unit near any swimming pools.
Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear.
In winds of 20 miles per hour please remove children and switch off power to the inflatable.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment

THE HIRER shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment (accessories and trailer(s) if supplied) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of Tralee bouncy Castles when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.Tralee bouncy Castles excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

Delivery - We offer a free delivery service within the County Kerry border, please ask one of our sales staff in the shop for delivery prices outside this region.

If a booking is made and a customer wishes to cancel that booking an email or telephone call must reach the office no later than 24 hours prior to the delivery. Failure to do this will incur a € 45.00 charge to the customer as items could have been offered or hired out to other people. SURVEY TO MEASURE YOUR GARDEN - If you are unsure of the size of your garden and you wish to have it measured to see what size of castle will fit then please contact the shop, we can carry out this service in Tralee and it's close hinterland at a cost of € 25.00. IMPORTANT NOTICE Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen.Tralee bouncy Castles can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Tralee bouncy Castles or its employees.

As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Tralee Bouncy Castles, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.

I DECLARE that I have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and I hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above. I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.
